An instinct for water.
Sean grew up in the Caribbean, where surfing and building boards became part of his life early on. He spent his younger years shaping and competing in Florida before making Maui home in the early 1990s.
His path has followed his curiosity: from professional windsurfing to designing sails, building boards for tow-in surfing and big waves, and exploring foil design. Through it all, he has stayed close to the water—riding, testing, and bringing what he learns back into the workshop.
From insight to design.
Sean collaborates with brands, development teams, and riders to turn ideas into equipment. His work spans board and sail design, prototyping, and on-water testing—connecting the needs of the rider with a brand’s wider product vision.
